Resilient has developed a discovery platform that utilizes a combination of proprietary bioinformatics and laboratory validation assays for microbiome therapeutic discovery. Our in-house software uses unique machine learning algorithms to integrate genomic and transcriptomic datasets of host animals, pathogens, and commensal microbes in order to identify disease profiles and key beneficial strains. The Resilient platform is scalable to very large datasets and can be utilized in any host-microbiome system where the commensal flora is important for health homeostasis.
